It was a very sunny, cold winters day. Last wedding of the season! Again I was on groom duty. The day started off slow because the groom was just having breakfast with his family. After goofing around we were off to the church for a quick ceremony. The fun part begun, we went to Kleinburg to take photos. The sun was setting and was giving everything a golden brown colour, with sexy shadows all over the place. Christina and Ryan were real troopers because it was a cold, I could barely feel my hands afterwards.
I love fall weddings because of the leaves on the trees turn into pure eye candy! I got to shoot this wedding with Digital Imprints. Jane and Kevin were a really fun couple willing to do anything. The pictures were taken at Unionville in Markham, I’ve been here many times and its always a treat to shoot there.
It was a rainy day for Frances and Thomas but lucky for them they picked the perfect place indoors to get married and have their pictures taken. The Graydon Hall Manor (http://www.graydonhall.com/) is a beautiful place to get married because it has the chapel, small reception and beautiful garden. We couldn’t use the garden because of the rain but it didn’t matter because the inside is filled with places to shoot. Frances and Thomas are a more reserved couple, so ended up taking more classic shots with them. At the reception they did a great ballroom dance for the guests! I had a great time!
My friend Cindy from university asked me to shoot her wedding, so we got together to do the engagement at the distillery district. Beautiful place but it was packed that day because of the Canada Day long weekend. Took some fun shots, but since they met at UofT we finished off shooting around the campus. I’m looking forward to shooting their wedding in Sept!
Got to shoot at the ultra prestigious Toronto Golf Club! Miranda and Todd were a easy going fun couple. Got to shoot this one with Ken from Trigger Happy Photography, again I was on groom + details duty. It was a rainy cloudy day but the rain ended so it all turned out great in the end. Congrats Miranda and Todd! And thanks for letting me experience the Toronto Golf Club!
We wanted to create shots making the models looking like plastic dolls kinda like Barbie dolls. Thats why they have those blank expressions! The photos turned out great! I really edited the skin to look unreal and doll like. I had to add the watermark over the whole image because these will be going into a magazine.
Glow Academy Beauty Lounge, offers permanent eyelash applications. Make your eyelashes flap when you’re trying to attract the attention of a guy lol! Anyways here are some shots I took to promote the eyelash application. You can have some serious long eyelashes! Her right side has the extensions and the left is au natural.
The Glow Academy is growing! Soon they will be at a new location. Did this shoot with the wonderful model Monica. Glow needed more advertising material for the Academy. Shot Monica on both a white background and a black background. Here is the final advert from the photo. Looks great!
